Boot camp

This concept is new and unique to Tenerife.
The focus is on outdoor fitness training. I have developed a 4 week program for up to 10 people to follow. It is important that you commit to this program if you are to get the maximum potential out of it.

Your fitness levels will progress quickly, your body will tone up and become defined and your posture will improve.

Boot camp will provide you with an all over body workout that combines

  • Circuit training
  • Hand to hand cardio combat (no contact)
  • Core strengthening
  • Body sculpting
  • Functional stretching
 

As the program moves on the pace is increased and it is up to you to push yourself to that extra push up or lunge. If you are dedicated, I can guarantee you results.

Results you can look forward to once you've completed camp are :

 

  • 1 - 6 inches lost in your thighs, midsection and/or arms
  • 100% gain in confidence
  • 25 - 100% increase in strength and stamina
  • Feel energized
 

Now all this may seem hard work....I cannot lie, it is, however it is good fun, you build a great team atmosphere with your team members and you get fit!

Each Boot camp lasts 50 mins, is three times a week for 4 weeks.
