This can be held in the comfort of your own home, the beach, park or in my personal fitness studio near Guargacho (weather and pool temperature permitting). There is no extra charge for using my studio or pool and the rates are very competitive. Saving you the expense of costly gym membership and fees.

Your personalised fitness program will be unique, specially designed for your needs and abilities. Together we will continually assess your progress and improvements, developing the best exercise program to suit you! Ensuring you have the best program that works for you, your busy lifestyle and one that sets realistic goals, that way we can show you that fitness can be fun too!
After initial consultation, I will prepare your personalised program of warm up, main session, stretch and the all important cool down. Please ensure you advise us of any medical conditions that could effect your abilities, so we can tailor your exercise program correctly. If you have any concerns regarding your fitness, prior to starting any program, I can arrange for a medical with a local English-speaking doctor, to give you complete peace of mind.

Weight loss program

We can design a special Salubrious weight loss program for you, that will help you to shed those few extra pounds / kilos, providing you with important advice on a healthy eating plan. We will aim to cover CV work, as well as body weight training, resistance training and core work to give you the best results you expect.
